Frequently Asked Questions
Easy Send BTC
Easy Send BTC is a feature that allows you to send Bitcoin to anyone using only their email — no wallet address is required upfront. The recipient receives a secure claim link that lets them import or connect their wallet and receive the funds.
Yes. Easy Send BTC follows modern Web3 principles — we do not collect personal data. The system uses trustless and permissionless verification, ensuring that only the wallet owner can claim the funds. All connections are secured using HTTPS and validated via encrypted APIs.
This verifies that you are the rightful owner of the destination wallet. Easy Send matches the receiver wallet against the transaction and ensures there's no fraud. We do not store sensitive seed phrases — they are used one-time for validation.
If you lose your claim link, you’ll need to contact the sender to have a new transaction initiated. For your safety, claim links expire after a set period and cannot be reused.
Yes, we support Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, and multi-chain wallets. You must use a valid 12- or 24-word seed that matches a wallet with activity for the transaction to succeed.
Ensure your wallet has recent transaction activity and a current balance. Some legacy wallets may not be indexed by all APIs. Try using a wallet with more recent usage for better detection.

General Crypto & Refunds
No. All crypto transactions are final and irreversible. Always double-check the receiving address and amount before confirming.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to reverse a blockchain transaction. We cannot retrieve or refund crypto sent in error.
A seed phrase is a set of 12 or 24 words that acts as the key to access your crypto wallet. It should be stored securely and never shared. Easy Send uses it one-time for wallet validation.
Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and verified via our system, you will receive a confirmation screen. You can also re-check using the original transaction ID on the verification page.
